Liposuction and body sculpting

Fat is a very large cell tissue in our body. Fat can provide energy to our body. So, do you know how liposuction and body sculpting work? Does liposuction and body sculpting work? How does liposuction and hip shaping work? Let us take a look together below.

  Liposuction

Fat cells are an important part of human tissues. Without fat bodies, the surface organs of the body will not produce a smooth and form a beautiful curve. Therefore, fat cells are important materials for human beauty.

   But if the body’s

Liposuction is a plastic surgery technique that extracts the subcutaneous fat from the human body to improve and beautify the body. The liposuction tube is inserted into the subcutaneous fat layer through a small incision in the skin, and the subcutaneous fat accumulated in the human body is removed by the suction of negative pressure to achieve the purpose of weight loss and improvement of body shape.

   Common methods

The commonly used methods include ultrasonic liposuction, tumescence, electronic liposuction, laser lipolysis, and hydrodynamic liposuction.

   1. The swelling negative pressure liposuction method has less bleeding, is easy to master, has a large suction volume, and is safe and reliable. It is currently one of the main liposuction methods. Mainly suitable for abdomen, thighs and other parts with large suction volume.

  2. Ultrasonic liposuction is to suck out fat with a negative pressure suction device after phacoemulsification. The advantages are labor saving, less bleeding, and no serious complications. The disadvantages are low efficiency, time-consuming, and low suction volume.

  3. The electronic liposuction method uses electric energy to decompose the liquefied fat and then suck it out with a negative pressure suction device. The advantages are less bleeding, fast recovery of skin elasticity, and regular appearance. The disadvantage is low efficiency.

4. Laser lipolysis is a special laser energy, through the use of very thin optical fibers, in a specific part of adipose tissue, according to the dissolution of fat cells, and then exit the body in real time under low negative pressure, or choose non-smoking metabolic absorption and discharge . It has a good effect on facial fat suction.

5. The hydrodynamic liposuction body sculpting system is based on a precise spiral water jet, which accurately acts on the target tissue through pressurized water flow, selectively separates fat cells, and uses hydrodynamic liposuction technology without causing damage to blood vessels and nerves. It has the obvious advantages of rapid treatment, obvious effect and greatly reduced risk.

In the working mode, it adopts the method of hydrodynamically decomposing fat and recycling simultaneously, and the extracted fat can be used for fat transplantation.

   postoperative care

   1. Try to avoid water on the surgical site within 7 days after surgery.

   2. Ensure that the surgical site is clean and prevent infection. If there is blood scab or secretion on the wound, wipe it with sterile saline.

  3. The local wound can be bandaged under pressure after the operation, but the pressure should not be too high. Once postoperative bleeding and severe hematoma occur, you should go to the hospital for follow-up.

   4. The wound will be a little painful on the day of the operation, but it will gradually decrease over time. Patients should not rush to take pain tablets, because aspirin drugs can aggravate wound bleeding.

  5. Wear elastic garments or special elastic sleeves for a long time after the operation, at least 2 weeks.

   6. Avoid eating irritating foods such as peppers.

   Complications

   1. Liposuction and weight loss surgery

After , surgical symptoms such as congestion, edema, skin numbness, subcutaneous induration, etc. will appear, which usually subside within 1 to 2 weeks. In some patients, subcutaneous induration lasts longer.

   2. Edema

Too much fluid stored in the extracellular space after liposuction can lead to edema, which is caused by excessive capillary filtration and lymphatic drainage. The calf is the most serious, lasting for a long time, and gradually subsides within 3 months; other parts of the edema are light and subside quickly.
